Strength Conditioning
Build a solid base of fitness conditioning so you can effectively perform your sport\'s skills. Increase your muscular strength and muscular endurance before your formal sports training begins.
Aerobic Conditioning
Schedule two aerobic endurance sessions such as running each week to improve your cardiovascular endurance before your season begins.
Interval Conditioning
Add interval sessions such as sprinting for 20 seconds, then walking for 80 seconds, for a total of 20 minutes. Interval sessions improve your ability to exercise at very high intensities.
